Pears & Partridges
Peren & Patrijzen is an organic orchard in Altena, managed with an eye for nature and biodiversity.
Since 2021 we manage a 1.5 hectare pear orchard on the Middenweg between Andel and Veen. Our products - juice, jam, syrup and stewed pears - can be recognized by the cheerful blue label with a partridge. They can be found at local stores and catering establishments. Visitors can enjoy a tour, picking afternoon, tasting or photography afternoon in the orchard by appointment. We work with local parties on agricultural nature management.
