Visserij- en Cultuur-Historisch Museum
Step back in time and discover fishing life and old crafts at the atmospheric Fisheries Museum.
Housed in a historic building from 1700, the Woudrichem Fisheries Museum tells the story of river fishing in the region. Visitors discover old crafts such as blacksmithing, rope-making and tanning, and can admire a salmon scow. The museum offers a glimpse into the daily life of fishermen from days gone by.
Please note that the museum is currently largely closed due to its development into Museum De Rivier.
