1. Maze route (20 km)

On warm summer days, experience the Biesbosch at its most beautiful from the water. Sail deep into the Biesbosch to the mysterious area 'De Doolhof', a rare willow flood forest full of narrow creeks, marshy scents and only accessible by canoe or kayak.

While paddling through the narrow creeks, you are surrounded by the summer greenery and have a chance to spot special birds or even a beaver. The route takes you through one of the most pristine parts of the area, where tranquility and nature play the main role. Along the way, take time to enjoy the Biesbosch and be surprised by this green maze on the water.

In summer, enjoy long days on the water, cooling off among the creeks and a natural area that is full of life. A perfect route for adventurers who want to discover the Biesbosch. Caution! This route is for experienced canoeists.

2. Broekse Ommetje (3.4 km)

Walk through a varied landscape of flowery roadsides, green meadows and quiet paths. Especially in summer, wildflowers abound, adding color to the landscape and attracting numerous insects.

Bird lovers will also get their money's worth: along the way you will hear birdsong everywhere and with a bit of luck you will spot various meadow and water birds from the bird hide. A wonderful route to enjoy the tranquility and nature.

4. Around Dussen (15.6 km)

During the Rondje Dussen you walk along the Bergsche Maas, through vast polders and nature reserve the Kornsche Boezem, also known as the "Little Biesbosch. Along the way you will pass monumental farms, the Noordeveldse Molen and a traditional clog maker.

Along the way, take a seat at one of the picnic spots along the route and enjoy the peace, space and views of the countryside.

The green polders with flowering roadsides make this walk extra attractive. An ideal route for those who want to combine nature, history and tranquility during a summer walk.
